Bailey Cat Co. is based in Vancouver, Canada, and we ship to most locations within Canada and the United States, and all major cities and urban areas across the globe.

Bailey Cat Co. does reserve the right to deny shipment to specific locations and you will be contacted if this is the case.

SHIPPING WITHIN CONTINENTAL US & CANADA

We offer complimentary shipping for individuals with orders totalling over $50. Free shipping option is available at check out when the order is over $50. $5 shipping is a flat rate we are able to offer most customers within US and Canada. International orders shipping costs will vary depending on location and is calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States and Canada.

Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days, which does not include the actual delivery time. Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday-Friday. Order delivery time can vary from 3 to 5 business days depending on the type of services selected.

Orders shipping to an APO or FPO military address are shipped via available shipping services and cannot be expedited. Please note these orders may take up to 21 days for delivery.

Express shipping is available upon request. 

SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

We offer shipping internationally (No Tracking) to most international locations. Shipping is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders shipped internationally may not come with tracking and we accept no responsibility for lost packages.

When placing an order for delivery in the United States and Internationally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, duty charges and taxes. Carrier collection fees are in addition to your shipping charge.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

Bailey Cat Co. is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by us to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. Although it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, we will do our best to contact you if a problem with a shipping address occurs. Any charges incurred by Bailey Cat Co. due to unsuccessful delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. Bailey Cat Co. does not take any responsibility for packages that might be misdirected, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect address. We make every attempt to ensure that packages are delivered safe and sound; however, we take no responsibilities in lost packages or theft when the tracking indicates delivered.
